EXPOSURE CALCULATION AND INSURANCE
QUE RISK supports the user by calculating the desired exposure of the end customer, verifying it with SACE (volumes above 5,000 euros) or with the company CRM (volumes up to 5,000 euros). QUE RISK then manages all the processes aimed at insuring that portion. Based on the required exposure, the score obtained by the user and the internal criteria of the insurance platforms, QUE RISK assigns a score to the end customer to facilitate the decision analysis process (which can be managed on one or more approval levels).
INTEGRATION
QUE RISK fits perfectly into the client’s business ecosystem, integrating seamlessly with business proposal generation and management software such as QUE MAS.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN QUE RISK RELEASE?
QUE RISK verifies the reliability of the (prospective) customer and outcomes requests by approving or not approving them. However, additional types of outcomes can be entered into the system, based on the specific needs of the client. In fact, the user can configure parameters for which, certain conditions occurring, QUE RISK requires the manual intervention of one or more contact persons. The approval (or non-approval) process of a request can also be managed off-site, with a simple click from a smartphone, through the system of SMILE’s (Smart Mails for Internal Legal Endorsement).
HOW ARE REQUESTS INPUTS MANAGED?
The user can choose to enter a single query manually, or import an Excel file containing several companies. Once the document has been imported, QUE RISK automatically generates results.
WHAT REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE ON QUE RISK?
QUE RISK allows for 360-degree monitoring of the status of the client. Specifically, the software tracks: the last overdraft granted, maximum cumulative exposure, any bankruptcies, pending or detrimental proceedings, net income and equity, treasury margin, and more.
