HOW DO I VERIFY THAT MASTER RECORDS ARE CORRECT?
QUBO has the functionality to automatically retrieve master data directly from the company CRM. If you wish to check on information that has already been entered, you can verify with one click the accuracy of the data and, if needed, correct it automatically.
Can I see all configured alerts?
QUBO monitors the status of contract creation for each offer. This gives the user visibility into already accepted deals, generated contracts, and contracts yet to be created.
HOW IS DATA PRE-CHECKING HANDLED?
The system allows the user to download the file in Excel format to compare data with the SII. Once the information is verified, the process can be validated (Pre-Check OK) or not approved (Pre-Check KO).
